In celebration of the first day of fall, I decided I’d try out a pumpkin spice smoothie! I made one once last year but I couldn’t get the taste right, and never tried again. This one, I assure you, was awesome! If you’re a pumpkin lover, you’ve got to try this recipe out.

-1 cup milk or milk alternative of your choice (I used unsweetened almond coconut milk)
-1/2 cup pure canned pumpkin
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or allspice)
-1 tbsp agave nectar
-a few ice cubes
Blend ingredients together and enjoy this fall smoothie!
