So you definitely won’t be fooling and wing lovers with this recipe, but any buffalo sauce lovers will be all over it! I was craving something hot and spicy and I had cauliflower on hand and remembered seeing a post on pinterest of a mixture of the two so it was perfect! I’m really such a baby about spicy things though so I ate a whole bunch of celery to soothe my mouth after, but it’s quite addicting!
1 Head of cauliflower cut into florets
-1/4 cup of hot sauce
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Olive oil to toss
Cut up a head of cauliflower into bite size pieces. Toss with salt, pepper, and oil. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for about 20-30 minutes.
Put the hot sauce in a bowl and toss the cauliflower in it. Serve with bleu cheese or ranch and some celery sticks, especially if you’re like me and can’t handle the heat! Enjoy!
