The magic seeds are back!! I said in my last post I would be sharing some smoothie recipes I’ve been throwing these chia seeds in with you all and here’s one I’m loving! You can also make this recipe without the banana and with more yogurt but I love banana and don’t LOVE antioxidant rich amazing blueberries so I threw it in to even out the flavors. Actually, after this smoothie my love for blueberries has definitely grown.
Ingredients (1 serving):
-1 cup coconut milk
-1/4 cup plain yogurt
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1/2 medium banana
-1 cup frozen blueberries
-Drizzle of honey or agave nectar
Throw it all in a blender and blend away!! Serve and enjoy immediately!
